More Action Needed
to Restore Parental Rights

Homeschooling in Colorado

Contact your representative today.

HSLDA staff attorney Mike Donnelly helps protect homeschool freedom in your community.

Dear Colorado Members and Friends,

Your calls on Senate Bill 32 are working, but action is still needed to restore parental rights in Colorado! SB 32 restores the right of parents to choose an alternative health care provider for their children at any age. After passing the Senate, SB 32 is now being considered by the House. The bill was referred to the House Health, Insurance, and Environment Committee and will be considered next Thursday, April 3. Please take action as we are requesting below.

Action Requested

Please contact the House Health, Insurance and Environment Committee members and urge them to vote in support of SB 32. Give them the following messages in your own words:

“I am calling to support Senate Bill 32. This bill restores a parent’s ability to choose health care providers for their children. Parents have a fundamental right to make decisions concerning the care of their children. SB 32 allows parents to make these decisions and recognizes their parental rights. Please vote in favor of SB 32.”
