If passed, this bill would require school districts to identify, locate, and evaluate children with a disability in the district who are in need of special education and related services.

If passed, this bill would require school districts to ensure that all children with disabilities residing in the district who need special education and related services, including those attending a nonpublic school, are identified, located, and evaluated.
