House Bill 16: Private School Licensing Exemption

Summary:

Exempts parochial, church, or religious postsecondary education institutions from private school licensing requirements if the institution does not not provide distance learning education, issues diplomas restricted to the beliefs and practices of the religious organization, and annually files evidence of nonprofit religious organization status with the department.
