House Bill 1031: Mandating School Enrollment within 30 Days of Moving

Summary:

Among other things, this bill would require new residents of a local school system to enroll their children in a public or private school or a home study program within 30 days of moving into the new school system. This would require parents to enroll their children even during the summer months.
