Assembly Bill 1375: Requires Homeschoolers to Notify School District (Formerly A4408)

Summary:

This bill would require parents or guardians who intend to homeschool their children to notify their superintendent of their decision to homeschool each August 15. It would also require the school district to maintain a record of the name, age, and place of residence of each homeschooled child in the district.
