Senate Bill 71: Sobriety Program

Summary:

This bill establishes a 24/7 Sobriety Program. With the creation of this program, a court may condition the return of an allegedly abused or neglected child on participation in the sobriety program.

HSLDA's Position:

HSLDA opposes unwarranted and excessive government intervention in families.
