Senate Bill 3: "Jobs Ready" Certificate with Diploma

Summary:

This bill would add a section to the diploma law stating that a parent-issued or -08 school diploma may include an "OhioMeansJobs-ready certificate" according to the same standards as a public school.
The bill as passed by the House removes the language relating to the diploma law and simply designates the first week of May as "In-Demand Jobs Week."
