Senate Bill 273: Tax Credit and Education Savings Accounts

Summary:

This bill establishes a tax credit for “costs associated with the education of a child through graduation from a high school program.” It also establishes an education savings account program. (For the ESA program, the parent must agree to provide certain education and to do standardized testing unless child has disability.)
