Senate Bill 193: Education Freedom Savings Accounts

Summary:

This bill would establish education freedom savings accounts. Homeschooled students would be eligible. However, a parent must sign a contract with the scholarship organization to provide an education in certain areas; the organization then may provide a grant for qualifying educational expenses.
