Senate Bill 101: Awarding of Fees

Summary:

This bill would awarding fees/costs in a contested case hearing to prevailing party other than the state only if the state’s position was frivolous. The provision would apply to a child abuse/neglect central registry action. It is contingent upon SB 100's passage.
