House Bill 641: Concurrent and Dual Enrollment Program

Summary:

This bill would establish a concurrent and dual enrollment program. An "interested high school student" in grade 11 or 12 would be able to enroll with funding provided for 2 courses each year. A student would be able to take more classes at his own expense.
