House Bill 5352: Dual Enrollment Equal Opportunity Act

Summary:

House Bill 5352 would extend the benefits of the dual enrollment equal opportunity act to include homeschool students. This would allow homeschool students to enroll in courses at postsecondary institutions. The same policies regarding cost and payment for public school students would apply to homeschool students.
