House Bill 1349: Parental Rights Protection

Summary:

This bill would strengthen the liberty of a parent to direct the upbringing, education, care, and welfare of their child by requiring that government infringement on this right must be justified by a compelling governmental interest that is not otherwise served and that is the least restrictive infringement on the right.
