House Bill 1126: Jury Duty Excuse for Homeschool Parents

Summary:

This bill would allow parents to be excused from jury duty if they “have custody of school-age children excused from compulsory attendance at school or a special education program and who provide instruction for the children.” This would include homeschooling parents.
