Plugging in various parameters such as location, cost, proposed major, etc. enables the search engine to supply you with various college possibilities. In the same way, the College Board search engine provides both secular and Christian college options.&nbsp; 
]]></description><pubDate>Tue, 26 Jan 2010 09:52:47 EST</pubDate></item><item><title><![CDATA[5th Annual Ronald Reagan Symposium - The Future of American Culture]]></title><link><![CDATA[http://www.hslda.org/highschool/blog.asp?a=s303]]></link><description><![CDATA[Regent University, Virginia Beach, VA, has coordinated a full-day event called the Reagan Symposium on Friday, February 5, 2010 (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.) which includes presentations by eight leading scholars addressing the topic of the future of traditional American culture.
&nbsp;
This free opportunity is a wonderful supplement to your teen's government, civics, or American History course. Homeschooled high schoolers (ages 16 and up) along with their parents are invited to attend the Reagan Symposium and receive a free lunch courtesy of Regent University.&nbsp; Registration prior to January 30 is required for the lunch.&nbsp;Perspective attendees must complete a two-step process prior to the event to ensure their seating and their lunch is properly reserved.

1. Register for the Reagan Symposium online: www.regent.edu/reagan&nbsp; Admission is free. Tickets will be mailed to registrants prior to the event. &nbsp;2. Lunch: Please RSVP by Friday, January 30, to Shannon Kendrick at govschool@regent.edu to reserve a lunch.
