As a 25—year trial attorney and a mediator, Tom has represented families under attack by the state for 20 years. He has been married for 28 years and has six children, all of whom have been home educated; two are presently in college and two are married. Tom serves as a board member for the missions organization World Harvest Now and as a board member and basketball coach for the Homeschool Christian Youth Association, a sports and education organization based in the Houston, Texas, area.
