Member Discount Policy

Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA) seeks to add value to a membership by finding companies willing to provide valuable goods and services to our members at a reduced cost. We look for products that inform, educate, entertain, or serve our member families from companies that are family-friendly and do not have policies which would hinder or conflict with HSLDA's mission to preserve and advance homeschooling.

HSLDA's listing of any product or service offers no endorsement or recommendation, express or implied, of any of the following companies and HSLDA accepts no liability for their actions or omissions.

HSLDA takes applications from potential PerX providers on a rolling basis and introduces new PerX throughout the year.

All agreements are for a 12-month period from the date of initiation.

All agreements will automatically renew for another 12-month period unless terminated by either party with 60 days notice.

HSLDA reserves the right to periodically examine the usage of a discount to determine its value to our members.

HSLDA will promote the discounts through our website www.hslda.org, giving each company up to 300 words to describe their product or service.
