Senate Bill 4767: A Bill Changing the Requirements for Home Schooling Author: Summary: Senator John R. Kuhl, Chairman of the Senate Education Committee, is the Senate sponsor of this legislation, which would eliminate the most burdensome restrictions of the law that has governed home instruction programs since 1988.
