Senate Bill 374: An Act Changing Home School Requirements
Senator Michael Sanchez
This bill makes several changes to the home school law. Beginning next school year, home school parents no longer have to submit attendance records and immunization records to the school district. Second, home school students are no longer required to take any standardized tests.
This bill has been signed by Governor Johnson.
This is an excellent bill and should be supported.
