S. 1662—Allowance of Coverdell Education Savings Accounts for Home Schooling Expenses

Action Requested:
None.

Background:
Official purpose: To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow Coverdell education savings accounts to be used for home schooling expenses. Senator Tim Hutchinson (R-AR) wishes to attach this bill and make it part of this year's economic stimulus package.
