Public School Access for Homeschoolers—A Legal Summary
OHIO
School districts are free to set their own policy regarding homeschooled students’ participation in public school activities. According to the Ohio High School Athletic Association’s (OHSAA) rules, homeschool students are eligible to participate provided they are enrolled in an OHSAA member school in accordance with the school’s partial enrollment policy.
