Home Owners Association Threatens Homeschool
The Home School Legal Defense Association was contacted last fall by a Texas family who was told by their home owners association to cease homeschooling or face a lawsuit. HSLDA attorneys intervened, explaining that the homeschool is not commercial, and that the family should be allowed their legal right to educate their children.
