No Pass/No Drive/No Way
Kentucky homeschoolers have clear rights under Kentucky’s no pass/no drive law, which is designed to keep dropouts from driving. Homeschoolers are not dropouts and are permitted to use a simple letter to prove that they are operating a private school for their own children. Despite this, a number of families have encountered problems in various courthouses as they try to complete paperwork for a driver’s license.
