Appellate Briefs Filed in Arizona Illegal—Search Case
HSLDA recently filed their response brief to the Ninth Circuit in Loudermilk v. Arpaio, et al, where several deputies assisting social workers in Arizona violated the Fourth Amendment rights of a homeschooling family. The deputies have until January 27 to file their response to HSLDA’s brief, should they deem that necessary.
