College Search Engines

If your teen is trying to narrow down the list of Christian colleges to which he will apply, you may want to check out www.christiancollegementor.com or www.christiancollegeguide.net. Plugging in various parameters such as location, cost, proposed major, etc. enables the search engine to supply you with various college possibilities. In the same way, the College Board search engine provides both secular and Christian college options.

SAT Test Score Policy for Students Younger than 13

It has come to our attention that if your student takes the SAT college admission test in either the 7th or 8th grades, the College Board will purge these scores/records at the end of the academic school year. In order to prevent them from doing so, you must specifically request the College Board to keep these scores in their system by following the instructions on their website. http://www.collegeboard.com/student/testing/sat/reg/circum/younger.html
