Homeschooling in Utah

We need your phone calls today!

Dear HSLDA Members,

Two weeks ago, Senator Orrin Hatch gave a strong speech against the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). The response from supporters of the treaty was swift. Yesterday, over 40 activists and supporters of the CRPD visited Senator Hatch’s Washington, D.C. office and personally urged him to support the treaty.

We need to push back quickly. Please take a moment right now to call Senator Hatch’s office at 202-224-5251 and thank him in your own words for his speech on July 10 on the Senate floor against the CRPD, and encourage him to stand strong against this dangerous UN treaty. Then, please email Senator Hatch and again in your own words thank him and encourage him to stand strong.

Thank you for standing for liberty. Senator Hatch is a key senator against the CRPD because of his three decades of leading the fight to advance the rights of people with disabilities. We must support him as he faces pressure for opposing the CRPD.

For more information on why the CRPD must be rejected, please visit our website.

For liberty,

Mike Smith
President, HSLDA

P.S. We greatly value you and your support—it is a privilege to serve you. Thank you for all you do for freedom!
