====================================================================== From the HSLDA E-lert Service... ====================================================================== Montana--Legislature Now in Session Dear HSLDA Members and Friends: The 2013 Montana legislative session is now underway. Throughout the session, January 7-April 27, HSLDA will be tracking legislation and scanning bills to determine whether to support or oppose proposed changes affecting Montana homeschoolers. We are blessed to work with the Montana Coalition of Home Educators (MCHE), and we encourage homeschoolers to support MCHE through membership in their organization. MCHE is an invaluable partner, and together we are working to preserve your freedoms. To learn more about MCHE, visit http://www.hslda.org/elink.asp?id=16854 . You can always visit our website at http://www.hslda.org/elink.asp?id=16855 or contact our office by phone at 540-338-5600 or email at info@hslda.org with any questions or concerns! We greatly value you and your support--it is a privilege to serve you! If you or someone you know is not a member of HSLDA, will you consider taking a moment today to join or to recommend us as we defend the rights of homeschooling families? Join now: http://www.hslda.org/elink.asp?id=16856 Very truly yours, Dewitt T. Black, III HSLDA Senior Counsel ---------------------------------------------------------------------- -> Remember the last time you wrote a term paper? Research can be grueling-digging through archives, wading through articles, conducting interviews. But if it's related to homeschooling, you can relax a little. There's a good chance that you'll find what you're looking for in HSLDA's bimonthly Home School Court Report. Providing in-depth, insightful articles on much of what affects the world of homeschoolers, the Court Report is a must-read for the serious homeschooler. This publication is provided free to each HSLDA member.
