Dear HSLDA Members and Friends: Homeschool Day at the Capitol is coming to your area on February 11, 2013. This event will be held in Bismarck on the State Capitol Grounds at 600 E. Boulevard. Your homeschool family will have a unique opportunity to observe the legislative process and spend time with your elected officials. In addition, the North Dakota Home School Association (NDHSA) http://www.hslda.org/elink.asp?id=16738 will have tables available to display curriculum, awards, projects, research papers, reports, timelines, artwork, poetry, stories, presentations, recordings or anything else you would like to display. If your children play any musical instruments, bring them along as NDHSA would like to host a mini-jam session to show our legislators the wonderful talents of our homeschool families! Furthermore, NDHSA will be lining up a variety of special speakers and activities for this day! In the meantime, please save the date, February 11, 2013, and pass this information along to your support groups and homeschool families that you know.
