her intention to begin homeschooling still faced truancy charges. Home

3. Sweden: Abuse Remains Norm Despite Major Court Victory

In an unusual but welcome victory for homeschoolers in Sweden, an
appeals court ruled that a Jewish family did have a right to
homeschool their children in part because of their faith.
