2. Pennsylvania: Truancy Charges Dropped on Appeal

Home School Legal Defense Association helped to overturn a family's
truancy conviction by showing that the same public school officials
who brought the charges could not prove that the school complied with
homeschool law.

5. Special Needs Children Fund Enrollment Deadline

HSLDA member families have until tomorrow, February 29, to apply for
assistance from the Home School Foundation's Special Needs Children
Fund. This fund can only be applied to every 24 months. If you are an
HSLDA family homeschooling a special needs child, please contact HSF

6. High School Teacher Training Sessions--Save the Date!

Would you like help preparing to teach high school at home? Or, if
you are in the midst of the high school years, would you like
