Dear HSLDA Members and Friends, We are asking you to take action today to help our friends at the Alliance for Christian Home Education Leadership ("Alliance"). This organization serves an important role in equipping and supporting state-level homeschool organizations who provide such important support and service to homeschoolers all over the country. Our friends at the Alliance have created a project called "American Home Education and Discipleship" ("AHEAD") conferences. These are homeschool conferences offered by members of the Alliance. A Foundation called the Soulcare Project has created a website, www.givingoflife.com to identify and fund worthy ministries through grants. Ministries that get enough votes on this website will be invited to participate in the next step of the grant process. The Alliance has submitted a grant request and will use grant funds to promote and support these homeschooling conferences. HSLDA participates in these uplifting and encouraging conferences each year, which are so important to the success of the homeschool movement. By taking action to vote for this project you will bless thousands of homeschoolers and many state organizations who work every day to encourage, equip homeschoolers and who partner with us to fight for homeschooling freedom. The process is simple and easy. Go to www.givingoflife.com and register by clicking on "Register for More Votes." You will be asked to create an account by simply providing your email address, name and a password. After validating your account by clicking on the link sent to you in an email, you can go back to the website and vote for AHEAD. To vote for AHEAD click on "vote for ministry" and then scroll down the page to find the icon for "AHEAD." Click on the icon and register your vote. Right now this project has about 2,500 votes. Voting ends tomorrow, and we'd like to see this project be number one. Will you help us? Just go to www.givingoflife.com and follow these steps to vote.
