Minnesota Statutes sec. 120A.22, require parents who are educating their children at home to file an annual report with the local superintendent by October 1. Thanks to new legislation that passed this year, the reporting requirements have been significantly reduced. HSLDA has developed new forms to make it easier for parents to file the information required by law.
