====================================================================== From the HSLDA E-lert Service... ====================================================================== Kentucky: Need Help--Standardized Test Administrator Dear HSLDA Members and Friends in Warren County: We are looking for some help on behalf of a homeschooling family that we are assisting in Warren County. We are interested in locating an individual to administer a standardized test for a middle/high school-age student in this family. While Kentucky law does not require testing when a student is attending a private homeschool program, some parents have their children take standardized test to evaluate their educational progress. Due to the unique circumstances involving this family's situation, we need to have the student tested. Ideally, we would like to find a person in Warren County, maybe even in Bowling Green, who would be willing to administer the test for a reasonable fee. HSLDA would purchase the test and cover the cost of administering the test. In order to qualify to help in this situation the person would have to have a bachelor's degree. This would enable them to administer just about any standardized achievement test.
