Home School Legal Defense Association continues to protect your right
to submit the annual statement of enrollment using a conventional
paper form. The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction has no
authority to insist that you submit it online.

A member family whose son has a disability requested special
accommodation on a college entrance exam, but were turned down. HSLDA
