====================================================================== From the HSLDA E-lert Service... ====================================================================== Reminder: Annual Notice Due to Participating Agency Dear HSLDA Members, This is a reminder for those of you continuing to homeschool that New Hampshire Revised Statutes sec. 193A:5 requires homeschool parents to file an annual notice with a "participating agency" --the commissioner of education (not recommended), district superintendent, or principal of a non-public school (recommended)--by the first day of school in your resident district. If your child has completed a homeschool program at the high school level and is under age 18, please see our legal analysis for information on how to document this fact.
