Here at Generation Joshua we have focused on the process of learning by doing. Our iGovern Summer Leadership Camp is the epitome of this philosophy of education. At camp, students join a scenario where they participate in a model U.S. government. The students learn how laws are formed and how Congress functions by writing and debating bills on the floor of our mock legislature. The camp features a presidential campaign in which students must organize their party, go through a primary to determine candidates, and campaign for their candidate in the general election. We also host speakers from Focus on the Family and Summit Ministries throughout the week to teach the students about faith and freedom.
