-> Is customer service an art or a science?

For us, good customer service is both an art and a science
-it should appeal to our members and be effective. Consider what
our members say about us:

We're thankful for the support HSLDA membership provides us. We'd
never homeschool without them. We highly recommend HSLDA to all
homeschoolers. - North Tonawanda, NY

I cannot imagine our homeschool journey without HSLDA's strong
leadership, protection, and guidance. God bless HSLDA!

3. GenJ Summer Camp Preview: The Gala

GenJ's iGovern leadership camps offer students a week of learning and
fun. From our speakers to our unique scenario, iGovern is a dynamic
learning experience every year. Part of the iGovern scenario is the
politically charged formal event, a signature aspect of the iGovern
Camp experience. Our 2010 iGovern West Gala was in the Glenn Eyrie
Castle in Colorado Springs. At the Gala the students raise funds and
talk with lobbyists about issues in the scenario. Sign up now to save
your spot, and get a taste of the high society in Washington, D.C.

6. Don't Miss It--Read What These Teens Say

If you're wondering if signing your teen up for courses at PHC Prep
Academy is right for you, check this out: John, from CA, says, "I've
never taken better classes." Melanie in TN says, "I walked into this
AP class with trepidation and inexperience...and I'm leaving with joy,
excitement, and courage for the AP exam! Not only this, but I am also
walking away closer than ever in my relationship with my Savior. I
never would have dreamed that an AP...class could have such an impact
on my life. Not only is the teaching superb, but through this class I
have been continually pointed to Christ." If you're a parent and that
sounds like something you won't want to miss for this coming year,
check these courses out and sign up now, before it's too late to get
the $50 discount happening right now.

7. Cash Prizes for the Best Ballads

8. Pick Your Favorite HSLDA Commercial

In 2010 we asked students--and their friends and families--to create a
commercial for HSLDA. The critics have selected seven top entries,
but we still want the people to have their say. Please visit the
following link and cast your vote! The production crew that created
the video which receives the most votes will win $1,000!

9. Homeschooled Legislators--Know Any?

HSLDA is conducting a survey on the impact of homeschooling on state
politics. We are seeking information regarding the number of state
legislators who were homeschooled. Ultimately we'd like to send them
a short survey. First we have to find them. If you know a
homeschooled state legislator, please take 10 seconds to click the
link below and provide just four pieces of information to help us take
the next step.

the summer, wrapping up with a Local Bible Bee on Saturday, August 27.
