Official: Parents Decide Education for Kids! Jack Klenk, who served 27 years in the U.S. Department of Education, and who served as the Director of the Office of Non Public Education, has written a paper about education entitled, "Who Should Decide How Children are Educated?" Mr. Klenk concludes that parents, not the government, must make this decision, and specifically singles out homeschooling as "the ultimate in parental involvement."
