Here's Some Info! Dear HSLDA Members and Friends: The Christian Home Education Fellowship of Alabama's Convention is coming to your area on Thursday and Friday, June 23-24, 2011. The convention will begin on Thursday, June 23, from 9 a.m.-6 p.m., and continue Friday, June 24, from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. This event will be held at the Gardendale First Baptist Church (South Campus), 940 Main St., Gardendale, AL 35071. Be prepared for outstanding and encouraging speakers, such as Dewitt Black, Vicki Bentley, Kevin Swanson, and Kathie Morrissey. In addition, Doug and Patsy Arnold, of Texas Special Kids, will offer a Special Needs track for parents of struggling learners. For children, the program "Kidtricity" will explore various questions about the Bible, leaving parents free to attend these great adult sessions!
