Dear HSLDA Members and Friends: The West Virginia Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA), HB 2873, failed to make it onto the Judiciary Committee's agenda this session, and the deadline for bills to be out of committee was February 26. Thus, the RFRA is dead for the remainder of this session. HSLDA would like to thank all of those who made the effort to support religious freedom by calling, emailing, and visiting their delegates and members of the Judiciary Committee.
