Dear Hawaii Homeschoolers, Are you up-to-date on all the homeschooling laws in your state? On Tuesday, February 15, HSLDA Staff Attorney Tj Schmidt will be presenting an overview of Hawaii requirements for homeschoolers, and how you can stay stress-free while meeting those requirements! In this laid-back e-vent, Tj will address a number of topics, including how to submit the required notice, how to navigate annual progress reports, when standardized tests are required, any record-keeping requirements, and more. He'll also take your own questions about homeschooling legally in the Aloha State! An exclusive HSLDA member benefit, the free "How to Homeschool in Hawaii" http://www.hslda.org/elink.asp?id=10239 webinar is tentatively scheduled for 3:30-4:30 p.m. (HST) on February 15. However, we are open to rescheduling the e-vent to a different time that day. If you are interested in participating in the live webinar, please let us know which of the following times would work best for you! > Early morning (7-9 a.m.) > Midmorning (10 a.m.-12 p.m.) > Early afternoon (3:30-4:30 pm.)
