Dear HSLDA Members and Friends: The North Dakota Home School Association 2011 Convention is coming to your area on March 3-5, 2011. This event will be held at the Jamestown Civic Center, 212 3rd Avenue Northeast, Jamestown, ND 58401. Generation Joshua will be in attendance, presenting the iAdvocate Teen Track, which simulates what a legislator encounters when he or she tries to draft and advocate legislation. Participants will start with drafting legislation in a small committee, and will progress to an official legislative session where they will have the chance to debate and vote on their legislation. In addition, HSLDA will also host a drawing for a $100 Visa gift card at the end of the conference. Be sure to ask for your entry form at the registration table when you arrive on the first day!
