Arizona: Appellate Briefs Filed in Illegal-Search Case HSLDA recently filed our response brief to the Ninth Circuit in Loudermilk v. Arpaio, et al, where several sheriff's deputies assisting social workers in Arizona violated the Fourth Amendment rights of a homeschooling family. California: School Districts Makes Unfounded Demand for "Accreditation" When a public school district insisted that a homeschooling family's "private school" had to be accredited, HSLDA pointed out that the demand was not supported by state law.
