-> Is customer service an art or a science?

For us, good customer service is both an art and a science
-it should appeal to our members and be effective. Consider what
our members say about us:

We're thankful for the support HSLDA membership provides us. We'd
never homeschool without them. We highly recommend HSLDA to all
homeschoolers. - North Tonawanda, NY

I cannot imagine our homeschool journey without HSLDA's strong
leadership, protection, and guidance. God bless HSLDA!

Weekly Update on January 4.)

6. Constitutional Law Online Deadline Approaching

Students are now able to register for the spring semester of
Constitutional Law Online, taught by Michael Farris, Chairman of Home
School Legal Defense Association and Chancellor of Patrick Henry
College. Registration ends the first day of class, January 3, 2011. If
you've always wanted to learn more about the history and background of
our legal system, from a biblical perspective, or if you're looking
for a good U.S. government class for your homeschooled students, then
this class is for you! This internet-based course follows Michael
Farris' textbook, Constitutional Law for Enlightened Citizens, and
uses a computer-based audio CD to deliver the "classroom" lectures.
Live chat-room discussions held every two weeks allow students to pose
questions to Dr. Farris.

8. "Home School Heartbeat": The Spiritual Power of Mothers

God gave mothers a special calling to love their children and teach
them to love God, and He empowers them to fulfill this calling. This
week, Michael Farris bolsters moms' courage and faith with biblical
examples of motherhood. Through the stories of women like Hannah,
Eunice, and Rahab, Farris encourages moms to use their God-given
strengths to influence their own children--and future generations.
