-> Can you look at the clouds and tell the direction of the wind?

An interesting phenomenon of wind is that it can blow in multiple
directions at the same time, at different heights from the ground.
But usually there is a prevailing wind. HSLDA watches the gusts
and monitors the prevailing trends of change in the legal climate
of home education. So no matter which way the wind is blowing,
we're there to protect your family.

New federal student aid regulations aimed at determining the validity
of high school diplomas will not affect homeschoolers as long as they
identify themselves as being home-educated.

http://www.hslda.org/elink.asp?id=9555

.....................................................................
2. Illinois: Franklin-Williamson Regional Office Backs Off

A member asked for help after a regional public education office
unlawfully demanded an interview in order to inspect the family's
homeschool curriculum.

7. Parental Rights: Gospel Painting Promotes the Family

The battle to preserve parental rights in America has inspired a new
work of art. Painter Charles DeAntonio recently completed a
Renaissance-style depiction of Mary, Joseph and Jesus fleeing King
Herod's tyranny, a scene that symbolizes the current struggle to
protect our children from unwarranted government intrusion.
High-quality, limited-edition reproductions of "Rest on the Flight
into Egypt" are available for purchase.

the Child, and why the United States must not ratify this treaty.
