family by not allowing them to appeal the second denial of their

3. Kansas: Superintendent Threatens Family who Refuses to File "Notice
of Intent"

When a public school superintendent asked a member family to submit a
letter of intent, we reminded her that Kansas law provides no
authority for such a request.

4. Rhode Island: Cranston Drops "Family Registration Form" Demand

A Cranston area public school official agreed to stop sending a letter
to homeschoolers that requests unnecessary personal information.
