HSLDA: Exciting Lineup of Summer Camps

Dear HSLDA Members and Friends:

Is your teen artistic? Academically gifted? Seeking a vocation? Then
why not consider summer camp though Patrick Henry College or
Generation Joshua, where every year hundreds of teens develop their
talents, explore career options and forge lasting friendships--all in
a Christ-centered environment.

Camp tuition discounts are available to HSLDA members.

PHC's Teen Leadership Camps
provide an exciting context for students to examine an academic
discipline and learn to apply a biblical worldview to the issues of
today. Classroom sessions are taught by Patrick Henry faculty and
other field experts, and field trips to nearby historical sites and
centers of American government enhance the camps' unique experience.
Campers can also expect to gain a taste of PHC life as they live in
the college residence halls, attend chapel, and interact with current
PHC students serving as camp staff.

Teen Leadership Camps are open to students who will be 14-18 years old
when camp begins. This year, PHC is offering nine tracks:

> Mock Trial
> Leadership & Vocation
> Ancient History
> Shakespeare
> Art Camp
> Debate
> Moot Court
> Strategic Intelligence
> Drama

-> Can you look at the clouds and tell the direction of the wind?

An interesting phenomenon of wind is that it can blow in multiple
directions at the same time, at different heights from the ground.
But usually there is a prevailing wind. HSLDA watches the gusts
and monitors the prevailing trends of change in the legal climate
of home education. So no matter which way the wind is blowing,
we're there to protect your family.
