Farris Criticizes Use of International Law in Supreme Court Decision Yesterday, the Supreme Court ruled that it is unconstitutional for the United States to sentence juvenile offenders to life in prison without parole in non-homicide cases. The Court cited the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and other international law to buttress its constitutional interpretation. Petition German Parliament to Allow Homeschooling Signatures are being collected on a petition to the German Bundestag to request that the German federal parliament take up the matter of legalizing homeschooling. Home School Foundation: Thanks from Single Mom & Daughters "I have always felt that it was God's will for me to homeschool my children. However, as a single parent, I have faced many challenges and opposition," a mother wrote the Foundation recently after we helped purchase curriculum for her girls.
