Dear HSLDA Members and Friends: Thanks for all of you who called on behalf of Senate Concurrent Resolution 38. The bill passed unanimously 38-0! The resolution, which urges Congress to pass the Parental Rights Amendment, will now go to the House. No more calls to the Senate are needed at this time. However, you could contact your state senator and thank him or her for supporting the resolution if you were not able to make contact earlier. We may ask you call your state representative about this resolution in the next few weeks as needed. Please be ready to make calls at that time.
