West Virginia--Calls Needed TODAY to Protect Religious Freedom!

Dear HSLDA Members and Friends:

The Senate Judiciary has not yet heard SB 638, the West Virginia
Religious Freedom Restoration Act. In order for this bill to pass,
the Committee must make a report so that it can be read in the Senate.

Leader, Truman Chafin, today and ask them to bring SB 638 up in
committee. Because this legislation applies to all West Virginia
citizens, you should NOT identify yourself as a homeschooler. Give the
following message in your own words:

"Thank you for supporting SB 638. Please bring this bill up in
committee as soon as possible so that it can be reported on and then
read in the Senate."

Senator Jeffrey Kessler - Judiciary Chairman
(304) 357-7880

Senator Truman Chafin

determined to be "reasonable," religious freedom is exceedingly
